This mini-challenge is set up exactly like the last challenge. We decided to end it on June 20, because June 21 is the first day of summer here in the US and there will be a summer mini-challenge. 😎
This challenge begins on April 1 at 12:00 a.m. You are free to begin any book for the card now, but it will not count unless you finish it April 1 or after. As like the last challenge, those who complete the card will get their name in a drawing to win a gift card at the end of the year. To those who love to read but are finding it hard to complete your cards, just remember that short stories, children's books, etc. count if they fit the square!
All the squares are self explanatory with maybe the exception of the two squares titled: "Titles Combined to Make a Complete Sentence." You will choose two books, one for each square but the titles need to make a sentence. For example:
I would never dare anyone to do that, but you get the gist. This is a fun addition and I cannot wait to find out the two books you choose!
If anyone has any questions, please shoot them below! If the question pertains to everyone, I will type it in this post.
Q: Do we need to read an entire book outside?
A: No, not the entire book! It's too cold for that still. When we first did this one up we had hoped the weather would be a lot nicer! Wishful thinking on our parts! If it's semi nice maybe a chapter, if it's too darn cold then maybe a sentence. You could even take a picture of your book sitting outside (your book, not you because people don't usually like pics of themselves on the net 😎)... we'll accept that since you have to read the cover while you take the picture. Have fun with it! 🥰
Reminder you still have until March 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. to complete your COVID19 mini-challenge. Once you do, please post HERE to let us know so we can get you on the list.
I hope you join us again! Enjoy!
